The Kerem Tunnel is a great spot to hike and ride.
The Kerem Tunnel, Israel's newest cycle tunnel, was inaugurated as part of the 42-kilometer cycle route which is a loop around the capital.

The tunnel is located through the Nahal-Refaim-Emek-Motza route. The tunnel's southern entrance can be found in Refaim Park below Ein Laban. While the northern entrance is located in Nahal Ein Kerem about half a km from the Kerem junction.

Elkin's Ministry, the Tourism Ministry, Jerusalem Municipality, and the Gihon Corporation all contributed to the project. The Jerusalem Development Authority completed the work.

The Kerem Tunnel provides access to exclusive recreation spots, including Ein Kerem neighbourhood, the biblical aquarium and zoo as well as the natural springs of historical significance Ein Haniyeh, Ein Laban, and Ein Haniyeh.
